It has come to my attention that several testers have been complaining about bias in the testing process. To remedy this, I'm putting a few rules in place
1) Nobody Tests Alone - from now on, for every test, there should be a second tester observing the duel of the first tester and filling out a rubric of their own, but only 1 person will be dueling
2) Test Approval - before announcing test results, I'd like for both testers to send me their rubric, so I can take a look at both and compare. If I feel the results are invalid, I wish to follow up with both testers. I will look it over ASAP.
3) Announcement Format - I don't want a play-by-play of what happened, and I don't want a complete lack of rubric, I just want a brief overview of what where their strengths, weaknesses, etc.
These will be in place until it seems to me the problem has been remedied.

Allow me to also add in the fact that I can sub in for an observational tester if nobody else is available
